Jean's FIRST HYPNOSIS EXPERIENCE I chose to have my teeth whitened before major dental
work was performed including a bridge and crowns. When the paraphernalia was put
into and around my mouth I was almost immediately overcome with fear, claustrophobia,
and the feeling that I could not breath.
It was suggested I seek help through hypnotherapy. Several days before the new appointment I had a hypnosis session with Gayle. On the day of the procedure Gayle was with me. At first I became fearful but Gayle worked me through it and for the remaining ninety minutes I was calm, peaceful, and able to breath deeply and naturally. I am grateful to have had the opportunity
through hypnotherapy with Gayle to overcome this deep-seated claustrophobic fear.
